Military Community Support Programs is pausing approval of new Military and Family Life Counseling requests for Rotational and Surge support due to limited resources. We will review existing requests to determine how to best support your MFLC needs, which may include realigning counselors in the interim. If we are unable to fulfill your request, a Resource Analyst will contact you. As a reminder, Military OneSource is available 24/7 for service members and their families to request non-medical counseling services.

A request can only be submitted for either Personal Financial Counselor, or any combination of Military and Family Life Counselor, Child and Youth Behavioral Counselor, and Military OneSource. Please submit an additional request form to request all needed resource types for your event.

Please provide surge attendance estimates to help us determine the appropriate number of counselors needed for your surge.

Attendance Estimates

We expect a minimum of 50 eligible attendees for counseling support. If you have less than 50 attendees, we encourage you to submit your request anyway. We review and staff each request based on its own merit.
